Pavlova

Pavlova.

Very easy to make and very easy to decorate and serve and a huge favorite with sweet tooths.

Beat 6 egg white with 6 teaspoons of sugar until white, thick and peaks stand by themselves.

Place on oiled baking paper or foil..arrange in a circular shape.

Cook 2 hours at 120 degrees…warm to cool oven ..until the pavlova feels crisp on the outer…

(I cooked this one too much and it went brown but it still tasted delicious)

Remove, place on plate or serving tray and top with fresh whipped cream and any fruit..strawberries, kiwi fruit, mangoes, peaches, mixed fruit, etc
